The Process

​

In small intimate groups, we establish a safe, compassionate and authentic space to build trust and share openly.

The group sessions are held in a private, warm and beautiful space, with candles, and gentle music. A long mirror is provided,  allowing each participant to utilize it during their personal journey if they so wish.

​

Each woman embarks on her own unique journey, using the group as a loving support in whichever way she needs.

Each participant is witnessed and held in love as they remove one item of clothing at a time, each item removed symbolises a shedding of layers of identities, beliefs, and past wounds. The layers are removed at her own pace and she is free to pause at any stage.

​

This is a safe space for her to feel and express any emotion whether it's fear, shame, peace, joy,  grief, love, bliss or rage through shouting, laughing, playing, dancing, shaking or stillness, all is welcome. Throughout this transformative process each participant receives unwavering support, presence, and love from the group, stepping in to support with words or touch only if she requests. 

 

We do not give advice or try to 'fix' anyone but instead listen attentively and witness one another as we openly express our truth in the moment.

As a witness holding space in the group, we see one another as reflections of ourselves, recognizing that what we perceive in someone else also resides within us. This can be deeply transformational as each time one woman courageously heals, it affects all of us. Each process becomes a collective experience for everyone present in the room.

​This process is well-suited for women who have already undertaken a certain level of inner work, therapy, or self-inquiry and can be self directed in taking care of their needs. A willingness to participate at this deeper level is required before making a commitment.

 

We maintain the confidentiality of our space and do not disclose anything that has been shared with others during our discussions.
