Freedom to be
No-body

Discovering peace within our physical appearance

You may have experimented with altering your diet, engaging in various exercise routines, or going through cosmetic procedures, and perhaps, they yielded positive results for a time, and you enjoyed the physical transformation. But did this truly tackle the underlying issue of self acceptance?

You may have been doing the inner work, attending courses, and retreats, absorbed wisdom from teachers and various therapeutic approaches. And yet still the body image issues persist,  awaiting your attention...

This work is not about body positivity.

Instead, it centres around the process of uncovering and acknowledging the multifaceted ways in which we perceive our body, all the ways we may sexualise the body and all the ways we judge our body positively or negatively.

Through this transformational somatic process, the critical gaze that has been focused outwards can fall back IN to love, resting and abiding in our physical temple as form and formlessness. True embodiment offers a profound sense of freedom, beauty, and grace.

“You have to be somebody before you can be nobody” (Jack Engler)

We heal and transform any type of emotion not by running from it, avoiding it and putting a pretty plaster over it, but by allowing, embracing and letting ourself feel, so why would the process be any different for body image ?

Although it takes courage to be willing to reveal all that we are,  it is a fast track path to liberate oneself from the identification to body image. Through acknowledging any limitations and challenges we may feel, in a safe and caring environment, we can discover genuine contentment, safety and the joy of simply being present IN our bodies, as no-body.

Are we simply beautiful, ugly, stunning, fat, thin, sexy, disfigured, curvy, hairy, perfect, flat, round, wrinkly, smooth, short and tall?

Come and join a courageous community of women who are ready to explore something much deeper.

A Note on Safety and Support

Although I hold many qualifications — including certifications in counselling, energy healing, teaching, and more — I am not a licensed therapist. What I bring instead is over 20 years of deep experience in trauma-informed practice and compassionate space holding. I’ve supported many people both one-to-one and in groups, and I’ve also walked my own path through profound healing and trauma release.

Before joining, I speak with each participant individually to ensure that the timing and depth of this work feel right and supportive for where you are. Sometimes it may be more appropriate to work with a qualified therapist for a period before stepping into this kind of deep exposure and somatic work. This approach helps ensure you remain safe, grounded, and supported throughout the process.

This process is best suited for women over 18 who have already explored some level of inner work, therapy, or self-inquiry. A genuine willingness to engage at a deeper level is essential before making a commitment.

My role is to hold a steady, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can move at your own pace. Everything shared within our sessions or group circles is held in strict confidence — our space is one of respect, trust, and deep confidentiality.

 Holly, 30

“Each session has been a unique and deeply transformational experience, like I'm unlocking and learning a new depth of myself each time. Rox manages to create such a safe, welcome and relaxed space for a workshop that could feel too intense or overwhelming without the right set up. She supports you exactly how you needed (which is different for everybody) in a way that isn't overbearing and still enables you to take control of your own journey and healing, this also radiates throughout the rest of the group. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!"

Michaela, 46

"Amazing space for self enquiry and finding true self. I felt safe to express my deepest emotions, I feel my power and connection to the earth more then ever."

Gabrielle, 76

"kind and accepting presence of the other women, various ages, shapes and sizes made me feel safe and held. Once I got started it felt natural to be fully myself wrinkles, flab and all. Liberating! "
When women lose touch with their real selves, the harmony of the world ceases to exist and destruction sets in. It is therefore crucial that women everywhere make every effort to rediscover their fundamental nature, for only then can we save this world.”
